Speed Limit

 

The speed limit is 25mph on all roads in our community.  Please take care to watch your speed. Speeding has been an ongoing problem.

 

Pet Waste

 

Please remember to pick up after your pet while on your walks.  Pet stations are located throughout the community.  Please either use the stations or take your pet's waste home with you.

 

Rental Properties

 

Landlords are required to submit leases to the Board before leasing to tenants.  The bylaws clearly state that contact information for tenants must be on file with the Board in case of violations or emergencies.  Also, landlords who do not keep up their properties will be sent violations.  As requested by residents, we will be discussing\voting on limiting the number of rentals allowed within the community at our next annual meeting.  Those landlords that continue to disregard these requirements will forfeit their right to have rentals.
